Regret having to write this, but since I was told someone would call me to resolve it and that call has never come, this is the best resolution possible. The three stars are for Brittany and Bruce and another woman whose name I did not get who seemed in earnest to want to help resolve the situation positively. Long story short, I was pulling two horses in my trailer to the vet next-door to this shop and realized I had no tail lights or brake lights on one side of the trailer. I thought luck was on my side when I saw this shop Next Door because of the risk of driving back to my place with no lights. Brittany willingly put me on the schedule and when I met Bruce at the truck and trailer, he told me he found absolutely nothing wrong with my set up and that the plug had probably shaken loose or something like that. He then walked in and said he was going to speak to someone to get the ticket “washed “because he hadn’t done anything. After a bit, he came out with the ticket and indicated he wasn’t successful. I was then charged $79.50 for nothing. I was exasperated and wrote a note on my ticket and asked that it be handed to the management because I had to leave loading two horses and d

This used to be a good and trustworthy shop. Lately however they’ve been trying some pretty shady tricks. My wife recently took her 1 ton in to have the front end checked after a minor accident, purely for insurance. Having given it a rapid inspection on accident site to ensure drivability and seeing no problems. J&T said it needed over 900$ in repairs “inner and outer tie rod ends” I proceeded to take it to my shop and gave thorough inspection and found all parts in good working condition, for note I’m an auto tech that graduated from WyoTech in 2012. We won’t be using this shop again until management or techs have been replaced and shady practices stop.

We were traveling through Billings and needed a alignment on our 2020 Artic Fox 27-5L 5th wheel. We made a appointment for 2 days later while we were at the Yellowstone River Campground which is just down the street from the business. They made the adjustments and explained everything to me. Very professional and a great staff. Keep up the good work.

I am so grateful for Cara and Charles and the entire team at Jim &Tracy’s! I was in a bind and when I finally got connected with Cara, I was in tears. 5 mechanics and about 30 phone calls of folks giving me the runaround. I thought I needed thousands of $’s of parts, according to the other mechanics, and Charles fixed it with an alignment! Even gave me some suggestions on what I need to replace in the near future. Everything was so organized and efficient. Every single employee was super friendly and knowledgeable. They are dog friendly and allowed my two dogs to wait inside. They could have loaded me up with parts I didn’t need and I would have found a way. But they didn’t! Absolutely recommend to all my friends and family! Thanks you guys!
